- Employer Clients: Candidate profiles are shared with prospective employer clients only with your consent and only for the purpose of considering you for specific employment opportunities.

6. Data Retention

- Candidate profiles: Active for up to 3 years from last engagement. We will contact you prior to deletion.
- Employer records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and compliance purposes.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 1 year.
- You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
